Introduction
A Vision Quest is one of the most transformative experiences in the tradition of Camino Rojo.
Our responsibility is to create a good life, finding a vision that expands our talents into reality. Planting prays for a good life that grows each day as the seeds planted in the earth.
We follow the tradition of our ancestors who planted our Mother Earth with positivity, truth, simplicity and love, of which we are heirs, chargers, cares and guardians.
The Vision Quest is a space and time where people have the opportunity to be reborn in the womb of Mother Earth. It is about to pray and give thanks to life, to give an order, a balance, to find a welfare perspective, improving the attitude and status as a human being, becoming aware about how to use a positively and correctly our own existence.

It is begins and ends with INPI (temazcal).

The four-year cycle
According to the tradition every year is organizing a Vision Quest. The pipe is presents to the four directions for four years. There are two ways to make the Vision Quest:
1. In the first year up to the mountain for 4 days, in the second year for 7 days, in the third year for 9 days and in the fourth year will be dedicated this commitment for 13 days. Thus, after the fourth Vision Quest, we understand that commitment is for life, with oneself and with the Great Spirit, becoming Keeper of the Tradition and Pipe charger.The person who accomplish this cycle can lead temazcals.
2. The second way is up to the mountain four days for four years. The impact of this Vision Quest is for us and our family.
Make your prayers with secret tobacco in 365 squares pieces of cotton fabric, which are attached to a thin cotton cord. The best way to learn about preparing for the Vision Quest is to ask a person who already made it.
